We have also donated time and services to many local charities and nonprofits and have served on numerous boards and committees to support food, wine and community causes. Paula Biehler serves on the board of the Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival and is a board member of the Austin Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, an international service organization of women leaders in the culinary field.
